  1. What materials are your jewelry made from?
    Our jewelry is crafted using high-quality materials, some including 925 sterling silver, gold plating, cubic zirconia, moonstone, opal, and other carefully selected elements. Specific material details, as provided by our manufacturing suppliers, are listed on each product page. Read our Health, Safety & Care Disclaimer for more details.

  2. Are your products hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin?
    Yes, our jewelry is nickel-free to U.S. requirements and safe for sensitive skin, but you know your body best! If you have specific concerns, please check the product details and read our Health, Safety & Care Disclaimer for more details. We'd rather you not purchase our products if you are particularly concerned.

  3. Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?
    We currently do not offer customization, but we would love to hear your ideas about what you'd like to see in our store that others might also like. If you have a picture as an example, even better! Please send us an email at hello@revanijewels.com and let us know what you think!

  4. Are your gemstones natural or lab-created?
    Our gemstones are faux/lab-created. Lab-created stones provide the same beauty and quality as natural gemstones while being more sustainable and cost-effective for our customers.

  5. How should I care for and clean my jewelry?
    To keep your jewelry looking its best:

    • Avoid exposure to water, lotions, and perfumes.
    • Store in a dry, cool place in the original packaging or a jewelry box.
    • Use a soft, lint-free cloth for cleaning.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Do you offer free shipping?
    Sort of. Average, volume-discounted shipping costs are already included in the cost of your order, but we don't add additional shipping costs during check-out. 

  2. How long will it take to receive my order?
    Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 days within the contiguous U.S. once the post office has received the package from us. We typically drop orders off to mail within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping tracking is provided in your order confirmation email so you can see exactly where your package is at all times.

  3. Do you ship internationally?
    No, we haven't found it to be particularly cost-effective for customers due to shipping costs. 

  4. Can I track my order?
    Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use the link provided to follow your package’s progress.

  5. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping?
    Contact us at hello@revanijewels.com and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

Returns and Exchanges

    Free gifts and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  4. How long does it take to process a refund?
    Refunds are processed within 10 days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear in your account.

  5. What if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?

Sizing & Fit

  1. How do I find my ring size?
    This is not needed for our rings, as most rings in our store are adjustable to fit most adults. We do carry some ring collections where adjustable and non-adjustable rings come together and sizes will vary—just pick a different finger or give it to a friend.     No, this is not applicable for our store.

Payments and Discounts

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards via Shopify Payments, which includes Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay. PayPal is also accepted.

  2. Do you offer gift cards?
    Not at this time, but do let us know if this is something you'd like to see in our store by emailing us at hello@revanijewels.com.

  3. Can I use more than one discount code per order?
    Only one discount code can be applied per order.

  4. Do you have sales or special promotions?
    Yes! Subscribe to our email list or follow us on social media to stay updated on exclusive discounts and promotions.

Customer Support

  1. How do I contact customer support?
    You can reach us at hello@revanijewels.com or via our Contact Us page. We don't have a monitored phone line at this time, but plan to add one in the future. You can also click on the pink/purple icon on this page to have many questions answered by our AI Assistant. Our team responds as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours.

  2. What are your customer service hours?
    You may email us any time of day, and you may receive a response any time of day.

  3. Do you have a warranty on your jewelry?
    Technically no, but contact us within 45 days of receipt of the order at hello@revanijewels.com to let us know your situation so we can make it right.

Product Details

  1. Are your products nickel-free?
    Yes, our jewelry is nickel-free to U.S. requirements and safe for sensitive skin, but you know your body best! We'd rather you not purchase our products if you are particularly concerned.

  2. Can I request a specific chain length for necklaces?
    No, we do not offer customization on chains at this time. The chain lengths that come with each necklace are included on each product page.

  3. Are your items handmade or mass-produced?
    Our jewelry is manufactured by partners in Asia and India.

  4. What does “plating” mean, and will it tarnish over time?
    Plating involves applying a thin layer of gold or silver to a base metal. With proper care, plated jewelry can last a long time. Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and lotions. It may tarnish when exposed to these elements.

Gifting

  1. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
    Our products arrive with fun packaging that also keeps jewelry safe during the delivery process. We also have gift bags available for purchase to make gifting easy for you.

  2. Can I include a personalized message with my gift?
    If you plan to have the package mailed directly to the giftee, we can package it with a gift bag and include a message for an additional cost. You'll need to add the "Special Gift Handling" product to your order and choose the gift bag(s) color. Email us at hello@revanijewels.com for any specific requests/clarification immediately upon submitting your order (provide your order number) or prior to submitting your order. Unfortunately, we cannot add this to the checkout page at this time, so it's a separate step. Once you receive a shipping notice in your email, it is too late to make this request.

  3. What is the return policy for gifts?
    Email us at hello@revanijewels.com with the order number and/or situation. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided to the person who placed the order, not to the gift recipient.

  1. How do I know if my order was successful?
    You will receive a confirmation email with your order and shipping details shortly after completing your purchase.

  2. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
